Solution Testing

  • To create a minimum viable product (MVP) that is effective at solving a niche problem.

  • Transform your concepts into prototypes. Design the entire user flow from start to results. Test from low to high fidelity, keeping in mind comprehension and adoption.

Launch

  • To exit with the MVP and secure your first revenue.

  • Recruit your first pilot customer by reconnecting with stakeholders from the concept testing stage. They’ve witnessed the product’s development and understand its value. Support them through adoption and begin planning for scaling.
